For the record - there is no official WHA Hall Of Fame .... but we now have an 'unofficial' one ...

This was an independent, interactive poll to let the fans decide the players they felt were instrumental in the league's success - an oxymoron as it may seem to some.

There were no specific prerequisites for eligibility in terms of time played - only what the fans thought the players contributed, or would have if the league had survived ...

Only 26 players were admitted - the same number as teams to have played in the league.
